Still , The Penguinreally sell the theme of Gotham . It portray Arkham in a bold way of life ( and explains why a spinoff set there would be fantastically hard to trade ) , but it also gets into the head of Gotham ’s the great unwashed . In Rhenzy Feliz ’s Vic , we have an insight into that , just as Joseph Gordon Levitt ’s Blake was a street horizontal surface voice in Nolan ’s Dark Knight trilogy .
