Señor Scratchy is perhaps the mown type inAgatha All Along , and was often determine at Agatha Harkness ' side inWandaVision , notably during the Westview natural endowment show and during Agatha Harkness ' reveal of her true nature to Wanda Maximoff . Señor Scratchy is named after a nom de guerre for Mephisto in Marvel Comics , but has had no connectedness to the Faustian daimon established in the MCU .
Señor Scratchy could have also been named after Agatha Harkness ' son , Nicholas Scratch , whom Agatha recede to Death several centuries in the first place .

Shortly after the liberation ofAgatha All Along’sfinale , series Lord Jac Schaeffer spoke to Mallory Rubin and Joanna Robinson onThe Ringer - Versepodcast , reveal more about the series in a deep nose dive . gratefully , Schaeffer talk over Señor Scratchy towards the death of the podcast ( at timestamp 3:26:20 ) , corroborate thatthe lovely hare was initially set to have a larger role in the series . In fact , in early plans , Señor Scratchy would have joined Agatha Harkness , Billy Maximoff and the covenon the Witches ' Road .

This could have explained Scratchy ’s genuine nature in the MCU , though it seems there was no clear pay off off for the rabbit ’s journey on the Road , so this was abridge . It would have been fantastic and entertain to see the coven try and handle taking tutelage of Señor Scratchy on the Road while also battling the trial and tribulations that the Road presented . Agatha All Along’soriginal architectural plan could have revealed him to be a shape - switch character , perhaps even the demon Mephisto , but this did n’t come to fruition .

unluckily , Jac Schaeffer did n’t actually reveal what became of Señor Scratchy at the ending ofAgatha All Along , though she did assure that the hare is"fine . “There has been speculation that Billy Maximoff adopted Scratchy afterAgatha Harkness ' demise , which could signify that he is living happily with Rebecca and Jeff Kaplan , or perhaps Agatha has used conjuration to bring Scratchy along on her new missionary post with Billy . The end ofAgatha All Alonghas raised many questions for succeeding MCU labor to address , so it would be great to see Señor Scratchy paying back .
